
Abigail Copeland
Founder & CEO
Abigail is a M.A. Candidate at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) where she is a pursuing a degree in international economics. She recently graduated from Berkeley with a degree in Chinese Language & Literature, where she completed her degree in 3 years. She has previously worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and as a sales & trading summer analyst at Standard Chartered Bank and Morgan Stanley.

Chloe Cullen
Co-Founder & COO
Chloe is a Berkeley Haas Business School alumnus with ambitions encompassing both entrepreneurship and finance. She was awarded UC Berkeley's highest honor as a Regents' and Chancellor's Scholar, 3-time Leadership Award Scholar, and the national Nashville Songwriters Scholarship from the BMI Foundation, 2021. Chloe works at Goldman Sachs as a Private Wealth Management Analyst in San Francisco. Personally, she is a dedicated girls leadership advocate, and in 2020, she founded "The Girl Effect" Scholarship competition for entrepreneurial high school girls.

Robin Ying
Co-Founder & CFO
Robin is a recent graduate of Berkeley, where she majored in Business Administration. Robin is a 2023 Summer Intensive Girls Who Invest Scholar and was placed at J.P. Morgan in the Hedge Fund Solutions Group in New York during her sophomore year summer. She returned to J.P. Morgan during her junior year summer as a Global Asset Trading & Strategy Summer Analyst. She currently works as an Investment Analyst at Cambridge Associates in San Francisco.

Anna Ren
Co-Founder & Head of Strategy
Anna is an undergraduate student at Berkeley, majoring in Mathematics and Rhetoric with a minor in Gender and Women's Studies. She is particularly interested in FemTech, focusing on developing solutions to improve women's health and wellness. Anna has actively engaged with FemTech founders and led initiatives to promote access to menstrual hygiene products. Outside of her professional pursuits, Anna enjoys writing, vlogging, and taking on leadership roles within the diverse community of International House, where she lives alongside people from 83 different countries.

Catherine McGarry
Head of Alumni Relations
Catherine McGarry is a Finance major at the University of Florida and member of the Master of Science in Finance combined degree program. She will intern within Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets in Summer 2026. Catherine currently serves as an Attribution Analyst and is a former Technology Sector Associate for the Gator Student Investment Fund, a student-managed value fund with $1.4M in assets under management. She is also the co-founder of the University of Florida's WOW branch and is passionate about empowering and creating spaces for women pursuing careers in finance. Outside of her academic and professional ventures, she enjoys traveling and playing classical piano.

Sophia Miele
Head of Industry Partnerships
Sophia is a junior at the University of Florida studying finance. Her sophomore summer she worked at Progress Partners, an investment bank in Boston focused on media and technology. Next summer, she will be doing generalist M&A at Evercore in New York. Sophia is the co-founder and co-president of the University of Florida’s Women on Wall Street chapter, where she is passionate about building community and expanding access to careers in finance.

Yoyo Zhang
Head of Technology
Yoyo is a sophomore studying Computer Science and Economics at the University of Chicago. This past summer, she worked in software engineering and venture capital. Yoyo is the President of the WOW chapter at UChicago and the co-founder of ChatSync AI, a coffee chat tool for finance recruiting. She is passionate about leveraging technology to build community and empowering women in underrepresented fields.
